Every wedding I plan is shaped by its own needs, and the fee follows the same logic. The numbers below give you a clear reference point before we talk. Once I understand your plans and the kind of support you want, I prepare a proposal built around the real scope of your celebration.
The fee
Full planning for multi-day celebrations is 18 to 20% of the event budget I manage, based on the framework we agree on at the beginning. As a reference point, I typically manage multi-day weddings in the €100,000+ range for around 60–70 guests. More production-heavy weekends can go beyond that. Where your fee lands depends on how the weekend comes together, including guest count, number of events and logistics involved.
Currency
My fee is invoiced in USD through my U.S. company, at the exchange rate set on the day we sign the contract. That makes me the one part of your wedding you can pay in dollars. Your Italian vendors are contracted and paid in EUR.
Transparency
My fee is set in the proposal and changes only if the scope of the wedding changes significantly. I take no commissions from vendors.
