Valentina Bianchi Wedding Studio takes on a limited number of weddings in Italy each year for American couples, with a particular understanding of what they need when planning here.
Every wedding is treated as its own project. There is no standard format to adapt and no fixed team brought in by default. The work begins with your story, then takes shape around the place you have chosen and the way you want your guests to experience it.
Keeping the calendar small is one of the principles the Studio is built on . It allows me to remain personally involved in the project, make considered decisions and ensure one clear direction across the entire weekend.
Full-service, in my practice, means taking responsibility for the work that sits behind the celebration.
Planning & Management

I manage the planning framework and keep every supplier working from the same information. I track what has been agreed, what still needs a decision and where one choice may affect another later.
You are involved when your judgment is needed. I handle the rest here in Italy and keep the process moving.
Design & Production
The visual direction of the wedding and the people who bring it to life.
The venue sets the tone. I work from the architecture, the landscape and the way the space will actually be used, then build the creative direction around it.
I bring together the floral, production and visual teams and make sure the design develops as one project.
Concierge & Experiences
Guest care beyond the wedding day.
Every guest arrives with a different journey behind them and, often, different needs once they are in Italy.
My team can manage accommodation, room blocks and transportation, while also looking after the practical side of hosting people abroad. For guests staying longer, we can arrange travel itineraries, excursions, activities and time beyond the wedding itself.
Concierge is quoted separately and is available alongside full planning.
